Here are two more ultrasound pics. These were done by Leen’s cousin at Darul Ehsan Medical Centre in Shah Alam. They’re a little different from the ultraosund pics we had done in China. Maybe because they’re not as…creepy. They’re still pretty weird though. Weird, but cool. Enjoy!

The third trimester is when babies put on a lot of fat. I believe it. Just look at those cheeks! Definitely a lot chubbier than he was at five months.

He’s sleeping in both photos. It sort of looks like he’s smiling here. Well, either that or he’s pooping. Or having a nice dream. Of what, I wonder?

He’s coming soon!
Nice pic and I wish I was in Malaysia sometimes…. ohh well may be one day. My wife gave birth to our second son a month ago and in all the commotion/excitement nearly forget to Azan for the boy. I hope it goes well for you.
Hey…
The making of Junior Macvay. Did God use 3DStudio Max or AUTOCAD to do that? I’m so impressed…
A cousin told me that when a baby comes out from the womb, he’s as delicate as a jelly. Even the head can be shaped (like plasticine - how to spell this?). I think the midwife pressed too hard on my nose… I have no bridge on my nose! My dahi is so ‘jendul’, my nostrils are big, muka ni lebar sangatlah… I need an extreme makeover!
He is coming soon! Keep calm, stop pacing, breathe slowly- that’s for you Jordan.
As for the baby being ‘as delicate as a jelly’ as Nizar said above, well, I don’t think so, unless he is thinking about those those sweets that take the amalgam fillings off one’s teeth.
Babies have to be robust enough to survive the many, many years of evolution. The head is rather compressible due to the cranial suture lines, but it springs back to shape.
I hope Leen has full monitoring at the when she is in labour. Reason 1- it is her first baby.
Reason 2 - the possibility of cephalo-pelvic disporportion. A very experinced midwife told me that when a large honky white man has a child with small, lithe oriental, the baby’s broad shoulders have to navigate through mom’s relatively narrow pelvic outlet.
I have assisted in one such delivery before, with that particular midwife. The parents were not aware of it as it went very smmothly.
All the best.
Ida
looks so much more clearer than the ones from china! i think he has leen’s lips cause u and frank could never make rosebud lips like that..hahaha
seems like yesterday leen got pregnant and now we are talking about labor! exciting but scary!
Hi Honeys’:
I finally got to see my little darling!!! Still can’t see that he looks like me LOL. I have been trying to call y ou for 2 days now and all I get is your message Jordan. What gives? Love ya, Mom
Azlin: Yay!
Naz: I’ll try not to forget…although I know I’ll probably be freaking out. On the best of days I tend to forget things, I can’t imagine what I’m going to do on that day. Maybe something like: “OK darling, we’re almost at the hospital now. Don’t wo…darling? Doh!”
Nizar: Like jelly? Eeeeuuww…
Ida: cephalo-pelvic disporportion? Eeeeeeeeeeuuuuwww!!! Hehe…just kidding. Does sound kind of freaky, actually…
Aida: Yeah, definitely Leen’s lips! And I know, it’s crazy, suddenly it’s almost time for you two to have babies. Amazing!
Mom: Finally, you’re back online! I was busy all weekend, running around in Muar, but the phone was always on. It’s hit or miss with those round-the-world calls I guess. That’s OK, keep trying!
Hi!
It is hit or miss again! I have been calling you since Saturday. Hope everything is all right? I am exhausted but I got moved so call me will you so I know you are back.
